Ingredients
- 125g unsalted butter
- 650 mls water
- 600g flour
- Fine zest of 1 orange
- 1 tsp good quality caster sugar
- 2 eggs beaten
Method
- In a saucepan bring water, sugar, orange zest to the boil and set aside
- Add the flour and stir in and mix to form dough and cook gently cook
out 2- 3 minutes back on the stove - Transfer dough to food processor and slowly add the beaten egg
- Place mixture in piping bag with a medium sized star nozzle
and deep fry in hot oil - Drain on kitchen paper and toss in cinnamon sugar and serve with hot chocolate sauce
- For the chocolate sauce melt 400 gr chocolate with a little condensed milk
