Moroccan Cooking Class

Hints of spice and all things nice will play a part in showcasing the many facets of Moroccan cuisine. You will learn to identify Moroccan spices with subtle scents, delicate flavours and aromas that will take you around the world and back.

You will learn how to create;

Moroccan bread (Kesra)
Chicken Tagine –  Chermoula
Lamb and chick pea soup
Persian baked eggs with lentils
Roasted Middle Eastern pumpkin & sumac dressing
Moroccan orange and nut cous-cous
Moroccan beetroot salad
Moroccan carrot salad
Rose water candied peanuts
Honey dipped briouats
