  • Lamb and chick pea soup
  • Persian baked eggs with lentils
  • Roasted Middle Eastern pumpkin & sumac dressing
  • Moroccan orange and nut cous-cous
  • Moroccan beetroot salad
  • Moroccan carrot salad
  • Rose water candied
  • Peanuts
  • Honey dipped briouats

Cost $110 Per Guest (inc. gst)

You will receive hands on class followed by enjoying your feast with your peers,
plus a comprehensive take home recipe package
